peelo 0
I'm building an Airsoft Replica of a Saiga and its now in a phase where i need to insert the airsoft magazine internals into the Saiga mag and model that into fitting the airsoft body... Problem is, it seems to be VERY difficult to find a Saiga magazine. For reasons unknown no gunstore in the ENTIRE COUNTRY has been able to get ANY Saigas for the past year or so, also no magazines of any kind exept rather expensive drums. I'd prefer a 8 round mag if possible. Any smaller than that doesnt have much room for the internals i need to fit there. The few factory magazines ive found have been priced skyhigh... Seemingly because of demand. Any surplus-store around where i could ask for a warrenty-returned or otherwise broken down mags for cheaper? I only need the outer shell, rest is useless to me and the shell itself will need lots of modification to fit the airsoft model and most likely cant be used in any other afterwards. forsaken352 235
Perhaps an AGP mag would work best for you? You can find them in 2, 6, 8, and 10 rounds, and the best part is, the mag body is made of two halves held together with screws which may help. This video will give you a better idea: Edited April 14, 2016 by forsaken352
