Yep.  So much non discussed back story on this.  Poisoned?  No will?  No taxable income or job?  Was he prepping or hoarding?  He did has a respectable stash.  Quite an arsenal.   Wonder how many electronic and snail mail "time bombs" did he leave?  Delayed secret info released after his death?  Curious.  Let's see.  I probably triggered at least 8 NSA buzz words.  :)

Destruction of valuable property cannot be legal when it is the bulk of an estate. ANY person with a claim to this as an inheritance

( no matter how tenuous) could make a big money case against them.

Interesting legal case.  If there is no will, who owns what?   Many times we have seen estates just get quickly pillaged by surviving family.  The Sheriff just shrugs his shoulders and says it is a civil matter.  But ... a dead good friend with NO will.  We have to just sit back and watch the scumvermin smash and grab, load up and head out.  Very frustrating.  But ... what can one do?
