College ball at the top end is no different than the NFL except by slight degrees.

Once I bled crimson and white but since attending a home game, first since the 70s, I dont even recognize that university.

One big cash grab from start to finish and from what I see there is little at these schools I find worthy of support.

Didn't even watch a whole game all year, one half of the Washington game and a few highlight vids was it.

 

Take the money out of it and perhaps the game will come back, but I count it lost for good.

Like America the game is more of proposition than anything else, forgetting that of course destroys it.

 

What is fun to watch is the lower divisions that have a real playoff with real student athletes, just hard to find them on TV.

Wonder of wonders there are some class acts there given the big money is not.
