JDeko 792
I really don't care how it is made or procured, factory part, filed nut, home-made, I just need a nut for my magwell. I don't come from and industrious or firearm owning. At 23 I was the first person alive in my direct family to own a gun and my IZ-433 is that gun so it means the world to me as it was my first big step in defining myself to myself. Maybe I could make it myself but based off the threads [both online and on the bolt] it seems unlikely and if even possible a lot of trial and error which is pretty discouraging for someone of my mindset. So if anyone can help I'd be very grateful and willing to pay for services rendered. I'm in over my head and just want my prized possession to function normally again. Heartbreaker 1,085
Here is a suggestion. If you know the thread pattern, you could get what's known as a threaded sleeve or bushing. Then cut a piece about 1/4" long and use a Dremel to cut a slot across one end for a screwdriver. You could also make it longer than the factory nut so it completely covers the bolt therefore letting you use a standard flat head screwdriver to tighten it.
