HB of CJ 1,263
A proud and necessary duty of citizenship. In Oregon we have the duty and right to judge the law as well as judge the evidence as presented by the court. I do not know what rights and duties you have in your State. Good luck. sobrenegade 795
I get to serve the Feds in July I was called three times by the county and served on two juries with the other being pled out of court. I kind of enjoyed being intimidated by the defense.
Rhodes1968 1,638
Meh never been on a jury. Seems to never get beyond the initial questionnaire they send out. Can not imagine why... I am completely honest with them after all. oh yeah
gunfun 3,931
I've always wanted to be a juror, but I've been selected a few times and always get booted during voir dire.
Sim_Player 1,939
I aways dread the notifications (three times in three years). It would be a two hour drive, each way, to the courthouse.
Capt Nemo 882
I got summonsed, but didn't have to show up as all the cases settled before trial. Don't have to worry about it again for 4 years.
HB of CJ 1,263
Satire because some here are stupid? ... I would like to be a professional full time Juror. Only the pay would suck. Also I doubt I would be empaneled on many Juries. Libertarian. Usually correct. Rarely wrong. Rule of law. Nullification. A Libertarian viewpoint. Wonder if I could find good life insurance ... and body guards. Yikes! Satire. Not meant to be serious.
netpackrat 566
You'd certainly be automatically excluded from all child molestation cases.
G O B 3,516
Home again. Was not selected this time. I WILL get $6 from the County ($3 after taxes). Plan to drink all up at one time!
HB of CJ 1,263
Netpackrat: Lots of juries I would be excluded from. Including yours.
