In Brazil, some 17 year old kid was caught by tattoo artist while stealing a bicycle. Tattoo artist put "I am a thief and a loser" on his forehead. This is a great idea! We should start making crime descriptor tattoos mandatory for all convicts or start offering a sentence reduction (in years, percentage, etc) if the convict will have a tattoo put on their forehead that says what they do. Examples: I am a crackhead, I scam people, I am a meth addict, I cook meth, I write worthless checks, I am a murderer, I am a crackhead prostitute, I sell stolen items, I sell bootleg items, I am a drug dealer, I rob people, I break into homes, I steal cars, I rape children, I assault people, I run from the Police, I rob stores, I shoplift, I shoot at the Police, I leak classified info, I use illegal email servers, etc. I'd love to see one of these tattoos on hillary or corrine brown's forehead. It would be a nice finishing touch for a lowlife. It would make it really easy for Police to tell if they are potentially looking at the right person when getting a call to an area while a crime is in progress. It would also make the public aware that a particular person may be a danger or concern.

I can see it now, wife says "Honey, something smells weird coming from the house next door". Husband says, "Well, he does have a tattoo on his forehead that says he cooks meth. We should call the Police".

From what I've seen from mugshots lately, most of the criminals already have face and neck tattoos. I'd be seriously tempted to just go ahead and lock up many of the people who have face tattoos already. To clarify- you guys know what "jailhouse" tattoos look like. Yeah, those guys. I was about to exclude football players with the "tribal" tats, but many of them should be locked up too.

Talk about facing your crime!

Too bad most don't have enough face to list all their crimes!

Any sentence longer than 20 years should be a trip to the prison hospital to be bled out for blood and plasma, then parting out for organ donation.

Hell yeah.

Throw the Bill of Rights right out the window!

They lose a lot of rights when incarcerated, so I suppose you could say it already gets partially thrown out of the window. 2nd is absolutely gone, 4th is mostly gone, etc. I could go deeper, but I'll save that for the guy doing the crevice checks ;)
