  1. I did a similar thing when I almost got one, then the guy who had it on lay away stopped paying so it was all mine. It was a scary time there when I realized I wanted one but would have to pay a lot to get one. Luckily it all worked out fine, she's at home sitting in the cabinet. The gun ain't so expensive when you see what you've spent on accessories.
  2. I have the krebs sights, nice sight picture, simple and effective, just the way I like it.
  3. me fail english...now that's unpossible!
  4. flash hiders don't hide anything, they just redirect the flash out of the line of sight of your sight picture to help your vision at night. to get a bigger flash you'd likely have to use a slower powder, but that gets tricky...
  5. They are at 5280 armory in Arvada. you can get contact info at ak-47man.com
  6. I didn't have trouble getting mine on, bought it from maa too. But then again I did have it put on by a gunsmith...barrel cut to ~16.5" then the brake soldered on. Came out nice.
  7. If anyone is in the area I found some new saiga-12s, in fact it was the first one I've seen besides the one I bought. $650 for the 19", had bho, 2008 production. They are at 5280 armory off of I-76. The store ain't bad, If I had had a couple of grand I would have been set, they had 4 guns I want, fnp-45, psl-54c, rpk, saiga-12. Their prices were weird somethings were reasonable but other things had massive mark-ups, 13rnd saiga-12 mags for an obscene $79.99, they take a percentage on transfers...plus a fee. but they did have a good inventory given the current market, even some ar lowers and up
  8. we did the same thing at out apartment a year or so ago for a christmas display. got one of the motorized reindeer so it squirmed a bit. Got a santa too, wrapped a candy cane with foil to look like a knife and put a bottle of rum in his hand. Hilarious!
  9. I got the shark brake, it works well. Also, your 12 looks funny, where's your gas cylinder?
  10. Or try some whiskey and corn nuts To get my rear sight out I tried a punch, heating it, penetrating oil...nothing worked. I ended up taking a cutting wheel to it, I cut down the middle then squeezed it with some pliers and it came out nice and easy
  11. I got a box of that, haven't shot any, I need to find another box before I try it out. It sure looks cool though
  12. Nothing, besides puting lead down range, it's a fun gun!
  13. get the sticks. drums are cool, but cool comes at a steep price of admission.
  14. good for you, you'll love it! I lucked out and got mine used, talked 'em down to $300, I'm very pleased given what I've seen them go for. too bad now you got to get yourself some mods, hope the kids don't need braces!
  15. I like it on the other side, a la ar-15
