  1. I hear you! I put an Ace fixed stock and SAW hand grip on mine at the suggestion of a friend. After about 30 rds, I was done firing. It's going to wear the factory stock for a while yet. At least until ALL my conversion parts get in
  2. Did you have any problems with the trigger angle when firing?
  3. You forgot price. You are correct. Sorry I paid $505.00 for mine, not including tax and TBI check
  4. Great idea! Let me add my 0.02. They had stock coming in as of last week. 16" Talley's Outdoors pickwickareaguide@yahoo.com 1-731-607-5266 Savannah, TN
  5. Great suggestions, guys!! I never even considered spray foam. That's why I love this forum!! Any others?
  6. Outstanding!!! Would love to buy these when you make them available. I think that if you can work out all the bugs and keep the price reasonable, you would have to hire employees and make magazines full time. I'm highly interested in buying some.
  7. Guys, I have a S-308 with the factory plastic stock. I actually like the way the stock indexes when firing. My problem is that the butt is too darn light. The weight up front is cool, but I need to try to balance the rifle to make it quicker handling. Anyone know of a way to add weight to the factory plastic buttstock, without needing an engineering degree? Thanks!
  8. elvis chris, Hey man, thanks for the heads up! I searched around and located that tutorial. I'll try it tomorrow while I'm off work.(gotta have something to do Thanks again
  9. Research on this site, You will find all the info you need right here. Capthowdy, Thanks! I've been looking around for such info, it just seems so daunting. Yakdung' Thanks for giving me a starting point. It seems like there might be enough room to increase the capacity of the factory mags a round or two. Is there any way to do that? Also, I have a friend who suggest that I add a bullet guide if I use aftermarket magazines. Any truth to that? Course he shoots a .223, not a real caliber
  10. Hello I just picked up my first Saiga yesterday, so I'm new to the wonderful world of Saiga. I was wondering if anyone could point me to a website for DIY converting my .308? I think it'll be sooo cool to have an Ace folder and Galil forearm on a 16" 308! Anyway, thanks for any help! Dale
