Hey guys, just curious which direction you prefer for side folder stocks. My old tapco folded to the right, so thats how I mounted my new dph w/ ace push button adapter. But then I noticed a tromix gun that folded to the left. what direction do you guys prefer and why? Any input appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'd like to see some steel mags for the s-12. I've been an ar guy for years and have over 80 mags, 50 or so that are c products. IMO They make a great ar mag, never had a problem with one. So if he does his homework I'd be happy to buy some steel mags, but I have no complaints about my surefire 12 rounders(I've got 5). They have worked perfect for me, but everyone seems to have a different experience no matter what. Just my 2 cents I'd also like to say thanks to everyone on this forum, it's full of great info.

I just recently completed my conversion(wednesday night) and didn't have any trouble installing the shepards crook. I just used a good set of small needle nose and a 90* pick. Just my experience.

I like it, think it looks evil. Makes me want to stencil some of my mags.

Hi everyone. New to the forum. I have read about everything I could find in the tech section and just wanted to know if I'm missing something for my conversion. I bought: Tapco saw grip G2 single hook fcg saigatech steel trigger guard tromix shepards crook tapco folder-I know it's cheap, but will convert to ace or tromix stock when funds allow Am I missing something? just don't want to start the conversion and find out I've overlooked some small part. Thanks in advance for any help.
