Hello, I am in the market for a new 12 guage for home defense and use in the wilderness. I am looking at buying a Saiga because I like the idea of using clips on a shotgun rather than the single loading pump action shotguns. I have never shot a Saiga and was wondering if they are prone to jamming alot or are they reliable enough to bet your life on? I have looked at alot of the models that Tromix puts out and heard alot of good things about them. What is the legal size of the clips and barrel length (non military or law enforcement)for the USA? I was informed by Dunhams that they cannot get in Saiga Shotguns of any guage anymore. But they do have the 7.62x39mm in stock.

Hi all Im new to the forum (and saiga) but have read many interesting threads about this firearm here. I have decided to purchase a 12 guage for my home defense needs...but am asking for your peoples knowledge and experience in helping me get this done.
