  1. I have the Tapco folder on my 12 and my 762. I really like them and haven't had any problems with them at all.
  2. Looks like the start of a left hand thread at about 5 O'clock on your pictures. That's what mine looked like, and it has threads. (good luck)
  3. Great job! were you running over to the tripod, looks like the recoil from the gun loosened up the camera No the wife was recording with my phone and didn't know how to stop it.
  4. I took it out this morning for the first time after I converted it. I likes low brass now. This is Federal, 2 3/4 in. 7 1/2 shot. This Morning !
  5. Both have Tapco G-2 fire control groups and Tapco folding stocks with saw pistol grips and Tapco forends.
  6. When I converted the 7.62 everybody wanted to know when I was going to do the 12. Well here it is, just finished. What ya think ? Here is both the girls together.
  7. I'm about to cut my shroud on my March 09 7.62x39,I'm pretty sure I have threads, it came with every other good thing, (PG hole, dimples, etc.) I have a Dremel, what is the best dremel bit to use for this? one of the fiber wheels, or? Folks here always say use the Dremel, but forget to tell us which cutting wheel or bit will work best... thanks. I used one of the fiber wheels. Just took it slow and easy till I could see a crack all the way around, then broke it off with channel locks.
  8. No I don't have a stepped chamber.
  9. Well I just got the dremel out and was lucky. I found threads ! Here's a better picture.
  10. I put mine back in and it works fine.
  11. Mine is 249/350, but I don't see where your getting the date at. My label doesn't have a date on it.
  12. Just a little update. I took it to the range yesterday and it felt like a different gun. I must of done it right because every time I pulled the trigger it went bang. And the chicks dig it !
