  1. +1 for Paulyski. I had an AR, mainly for familiarization for whenever the Army says to go qualify, but since I prefer Russian weapons, I gave it to my father. Also, nice thread. I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with my Saiga 20 when I pick it up on leave. I would try to look at the picture thread, however, while at work, I can't load or see any pictures posted througha 'media sharing site' such as photobucket.
  2. Alright, well as another posted a few months ago, I too am interested in converting a Saiga 20 to look like the one in the Battlefield game. Which I believe is the Saiga 20k variant. Well I realize that parts for it would be expensive, at least the real stock would be. There is a picture of what I'm interested in in the first post of the following thread. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=54927 Since that thread, I ordered a Saiga 20 and it's been sitting in a dealer for the past couple of months. Fortunately, I'll be able to pick it up soon (I go on leave in a few week
  3. I am not particularly experienced with many handguns. I have mainly used an M9 beretta, but that's just for military. When I get back home, I plan on looking into a 1911. If you're 17, you have roughly 3-4 years to research as much as you need to over the weapons you like.
  4. What's your PSN? It will most likely be awhile before I can log on, but PS3 is the way to go. Mine is Virus_Undead
  5. Just for clarification, by PG, do you mean Pistol Grip? I do plan on modelling my S20 after this version, well for the most part.
  6. So, I've managed to find a Saiga 20 listed for $395.00 as of now. Here's the description. "Up on the block here is a used Saiga-20 20 gauge semi-auto shotgun with a 19 inch barrel imported by Russian American Armory Company. Actual gun is made by Izmash of Russia, makers of the legendary AK series of rifles. The shotgun has the side mounted scope rail, sling loops, fixed sights, thread protector, and two 5-round magazines. Stock is black synthetic and has a 13 1/2 inch length of pull." So it's basically a 19" S20 from RAAC with two 5 round mags. From the pictures it looks to
  7. Actually, the silly thing is that this game is what led me here today. I've always loved russian arms, and blah blah history...Anywho, I managed to pick up BC2 and once I played a bit I noticed a shotgun that looked like an AK. Then I played non stop with that bugger, and holy hell. If the real deal is anywhere close to as much fun, then I have to get one. Though I didn't realise that it was a real weapon until months later, while sitting around in Afghanistan, I decided to look it up. I'm still doing research, and looking into either the 20 or the 12. At the moment I still
