There are no fully successful "no mod" SBS builds. All SBS builds are "know mod". If you have a tax stamp in hand, be sure you know exactly what you are doing before you cut that barrel or begin the process. Honestly - If you really want an SBS that rocks, let a licensed expert do it. Call Tony, or Red Jacket, or yours truly. A truly successful SBS build requires more than a general idea, and inspiration. Proceed with extreme caution. I am thinking I would like to get a S12 and do a 12" SBS and I am in the thinking stage of this; I dont even have a S12 yet and I have read the words of Mr Tony Rumore in the tech sectoin in regard to moving the gas system back 2" on a 12" gun and it would seem that he knows his stuff. With that said I also have read about " NO MOD" 12" builds and opening up gas ports and using tight chokes. So I just wanted to think out loud and get some feedback First thougts S12 SBS 12 (12" with polychoke installed) no gas mod installing the Tac 47 A.K.A AUTO PLUG (thinking it may smooth out
