  1. Kind of slow to put up my two cents, but better late than never. I shoot single stack USPSA with a Taurus PT1911 ss w/rail. Only mod is a set of Truglo TFO sights. For multigun, I shoot a Tanfoglio Elite Limited. It's stock right now, but I do have plans for it. I am thinking about switching to limited class so I can use the Tanfoglio for all my matches because it's such a joy to shoot.
  2. I was able to figure it out. leave the dust cover off and cycle the bolt. Pay close attn to the way it feels and you will be able to watch where the bolt hangs up as the lug follows the track. It took me several evenings to get it just right. I used small attatchments in the dremel. It took me so long because Ididn't want to go too far and ruin the bolt or carrier. Just have patience and go slow. There might be something on the CSS site.
  3. I took the parts I wanted a different color to my gunsmith and got them cerakoted. It cost a little more, but the finish is alot tougher and doesnt dent like duracoat.
  4. When I built my s12 3 yrs ago, I installed a JT well right away and haven't second-guessed my decision. As said earlier, just like loading an ar.
