With AP ammo in full auto it has it's niche. In semi and limited to commercial non-AP ammo, it's an expensive toy IMHO. I'm not saying it's useless, but there are better options for real use IMHO. Ammo cost and performance VS 5.45 or 5.56, it's no contest.

I assume that none of these are the magwell mags, correct?

AKs are simple, if there is a real problem it should be easily remedied. I suggest modding it to take surplus 223 ak mags, like the Bulgarian or Polish mags, and go from there. I would not worry about the factory mag much.

I would preffer a hinged top cover with an increased radius, myself. If the TWS setup had an adjustable rear sight it might be the route I would go. I wonder about mounting a Chaos rear sight on it.....I've seen it done.

The Datsun 510 is a fine car, but that's not what is in the movie. Hey, yer pickin up....check post #16 and 17 I was dropped on my head a few times as a child.

The question would be, what stock could you use? Personally, since the barrel it the wrong length anyway, I'm waiting for the rifle version.

He doesn't strike me as someone who plans on being taken into custody. Besides, he probably knows even if he tries to give up they will likely kill him. It seems they are shooting first and asking questions later.
