  1. OK. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=28438 Aug 3 2008, 04:19 PM "I will be making an update at least once a week from here on out up until the drums start shipping. The update will come wether the news is good , bad, or nothing new. I'll post it in a closed thread here as well as an update email." MikeD's own words. His actions (well, really lack of action) proves that point. Why can't MikeD take 1 minute out of his day to follow up on his pledge to send an email once a week (the last one was over 3 weeks ago now), even if its just to say "Nothing at all happened today"?
  2. Yeah, I started that thread. And it appears to have been deleted.
  3. I vote Mossberg 500. I own of of them, a Winchester 1300 and the S12. There is nothing at all on the Winchester that I prefer over anything on the Mossberg.
  4. IMO, the TLR-1 is THE best bang for your buck light available. Bright as hell, sturdy, affordable, reliable. I got mine NIB on ebay for I think $88 delivered about 1.5 yrs ago.
  5. EV-504- so I'm was the 304th person to order one, badass.
  6. 100-200 rounds per range session. Depends on how much I bring with me. I never bring ammo home.
  7. I asked Tony Rumore at Tromix that same question when I ordered my S12. His response:
  8. It doesn't look like metal in the pics to me, so I wasn't surprised about that. I didn't expect the "pad" to be the same hard material as the rest of the stock, but it doesn't bother me at all.
  9. Did you try calling them and asking if they wold ship another method? When I lived in Alaska, a lot of placed online would only offer UPS/FedEx, which would cost a fortune to ship to AK, so I would call the place and explain, and most of the time they would ship it USPS for me.
  10. I haven't added any "upgrades" (mine is converted) but when I get a LRBHO I know that will make a world of difference.
  11. Where in the GA/AL area do you live?
  12. Mine took about 3 months. From everything I've read that seems to be close to the high end for the wait.
