Nah, I wasn't hunting. I was just testing the gun (first firing session with it). Basically just wanted to see how she shot, accuracy, recoil, POI etc. I did notice that the gun chewed the rounds up a bit when chambering though. The accuracy was my main focus since I continually read how accurate these rifles happen to be, I was going to wait and try it with a scope but I couldn't stand it- had to shoot it with stock sights. The accuracy with the stock sights actually impressed me quite a bit.

Well, hello to everyone. I recently purchased 16" model and that is what brings me to the forum. I'm sure accuracy gets posted on here quite often but I figured I would post my findings to show consistancy accross the board as far as how accurate these rifles apparently are. 9 shot group (3 strings of 3 rnds) at 100yds equaled 3.558", this was using 150grn rem core lokts. Stock iron sights, no mods and no time inbetween for cold shots. The group would have been better if I had measured/marked each 3 shot group, but the range was closing and a didn't have the time.
