My internet has been down from before Christmas. I type this as it has come back-POORLY. My high speed is more like smoke signal speed! DOWN WITH CONGLOMERATE MONOPOLYIES!
We need some alternitaves, it has devolved to the point that the only 'phone that they will answer is "customer retention" .
So untill a person fed up with paying for a service that is so poorly provided as to be worthless, and call to cancell-
corporate policy is to take no action to address the problem . Now they say that there are "maintenance issues" with their lines, and I can have 1/2 price for the next 6 mos.. Well can I have 1/2 high speed service?? It would be an improvement, as now the service is LESS than 1/2 assed!
