I have a Hakko BED-35 Panorama sight that I can't find the manual for and, after about 2 years of service, the battery has finally died. I know it sounds stupid, but the battery compartment is not obvious - at least to me.
Anyone know how to replace the battery on one of these? Anyone know what kind of battery it takes?
Thanks in advance,
Macbeau

I don't have mine in front of me, but its a 3v lithium watch battery inside the brightness knob. There is a cap treaded on the top of the knob, that's why its got an easy to grip edge, similar to a quarter.

Here...

I love mine. Bright, four reticle unit, with a lifetime warranty at half the cost of an EOTech.
