Full Version: Why Split the WTB/WTS/WTT??
this forum doesnt have near enough traffic to warrant this. it just means we ahve to click on more things. it does no good whatsoever. jmo.

If you look at the description closely, you can click a hot link to the "subforum" that you want and go. One click.
You know what's funny? The mods prolly did this in response to someone bitching about having to sift through too much WTB when they are looking for WTS.

If you look at the description closely, you can click a hot link to the "subforum" that you want and go. One click.

It was done to SIMPLIFY THINGS for THOSE WHO WANT TO BUY OR SELL...
instead of having to sift thru a ton of WTS/wtb/wtt/etc..etc...ad nauseum... AND... let me stick a direct quote in here...

Personally, I think its a LOT easier to read now... I want to see whats for sale, I look in the for sale thread... I want to sell something I POST in the for sale thread...
If I want to BUY... I post in the WTB section... I have NO NEED to look there unless I am wanting to sell something and I want to see if someone wants what I have BEFORE I go to post a thread on it...

i still think it is a dumb idea, apparently i am not the only one.

Give it a chance... I think in time people will find that it will simplify their looking, and decrease their time spent looking in this section, and help them move their items quicker.
thats just *MY* opinion, though... who knows... only time will tell... if it winds up being a real pain in the ass, I am sure we can potentially move it back the way it was...
