These are parts for a Mossberg 500. I boxed off the nut and the other part... what are they and what are they for? I have completely stripped my 590, but cannot find these parts. I am still a shotgun noob, so bear with me here...

Without having my mossy in front of me....I think that looks like the part that "pushes to the side" so the next shell can slide out of the mag tube and onto the lifter.....

but take that with a grain of salt

Nah, that part is the long one right above the red box.

I'm not sure if that would help, as I don't know where to start looking. But I'll keep that in mind, so PM me your number and when to call.

Nice! Looks like #27 the shell ejector. I guess it was hiding on the inside of the receiver, I didn't even notice it.
