You wouldn't even need to load that... it would double as a over-sized club!

And I am Irish - on my mom's side - Claibornes and Rodgers...

Otherwise - I am all Scottish (...and American Indian..., and French (pre-1660, but fwe frown anyway), and German (Uber Ales!) and ....)

Hey GOB any place near there where we can tip up a pint of Guiness?

Or do I need to sneak a few in with me? ph34r.gif Maybe I can get Racegal wub.gif away from that Busch Light long enough to try some real beer... 021.gif

Hey, that's my shotgun!!!

Her name is Alice, by the way. We have an agreement; if she doesn't act like a total jam'o'matic drama queen, I won't put a folding stock on her. wink.gif The other gun is an EAA/Baikal IZH-43 Bountyhunter II.

Oh! - Don't get me Started!!!!!!'
First of all, it's Erin Go Bragh!!! (Or erin go bra-less)
Secondly - I am closer to the hill's than you might imagine..

My G-Grandmother was a Rodgers (Fm Irie) married to a Claiborne (also Fm Erie) ifrom around (DollyWood) Tennessee - the Scottish Side is a bit more difficult - as well as the french-side (intentionally lower-case) the English-side , the Germans-side (oh! there are some scandals there..), The Cherokee-sides (on both sides), The Creek (paternal), The Yamasee (paternal) and The Yamacraw (maternal side)...
Holly Crap! - and I have neve been to a reservation!

Only admit to two bloodlines: Highland Scottish (Mac Rae - the only clan with no chieftan) and Prussian. Sorry I don't have any green guns to show off. Green is my favorite color though.

For you guys and gals that are gonna be in D.C. tomorrow try and stop by the Dubliner located next to the Phoenix Hotel. It's located literally right across the street from the Union Station metro stop. Irish bar with Irish singers 7 nights a week.

http://www.dublinerdc.com/

Be forewarned that it will probably be VERY crowded tomorrow.

If you get Racegal to do an Irish Carbomb she'll never go back to Busch Light.

+! to the max on the Irish Carbomb! I will have to try and do just that today! I've been bombed on those several times before...whew! Need to pick up some Bailey's!

Well I'm sorry to say that Racegal has a fever and was up sick till 5:30 this morn, hence my last post at 4:44 AM.
So no 5 hour ride in the truck today unfortunately...dammit.

I did get a phone call from our man GOB at the Wall a little while ago and was glad to hear that at the time at least the good guys outnumbered the protesters! We're there in spirit GOB! I will definately raise a few glasses for ya today. Thanks for representing for us! 032.gif

May not be all bad though, I just found out Robbie Keneivel is in my town today jumping over some military equipment! May have to check that out instead! 027.gif l

Back from the wall, and up from my nap.
Good day-COLD AS HELL- that kept the anti's in check. I think we outnumbered them by a good margin untill just a few minuits before they left the mall to go over the bridge to the Pentagon.
Drinking green bottles (Yuengling lager) and taking it easy after a hard day.

Sorrry to miss Cobra and Racegal, hope you feel better Racegal- don't feel bad about missing this on there will be plenty more. Maybe next time you can come the night before and crash on the couch or I can plug in the camper.

IT's gonna be a long hot summer.

I was sooo under the weather yesterday it wasn't even funny - so no protesting for me. ... or is that counter-protesting? Either way, I found this necklace lying around the house a couple of years ago. It was a circle with the word "WAR" in it, (cut-outs between the edges of the letters and the inside of the circle). I asked Dad what it was and he said: "Well, while I was in Vietnam.. there were alot of idiots wearing big "peace symbols" around thier necks. I thought it (the necklace) was an appropriate protest."

I guess I did have a couple of doses of Nyquil yesterday, does that count in place of green beer? lol Oh, and thanks for the song Juggernaut. I love Irish folk music, especially when it's been.. "updated."

I was so unhappy to miss this. First time sick since my 19 year old was born. Guess I don't do sick well. I'm used to being the one taking care of someone. But Cobra helped me alot. I'm just glad to hear the turnout was good the Memorial is OK.
