The judge in the case is considering sanctioning him for failure of good faith and fair dealings and malicious prosecution. He embodies everything that's wrong in this world. The cleaners offered $13,000 for a pair of pants (as settlement), and he refused it!!!! I hope karma gives that guy his due.

This guy wants $500,000 for emotional damages because of a stupid pair of pants and he still thinks he has any business being a judge? This country has gone 'sue' crazy. Like the McDonalds coffee case. People like that are why there is an idiot box on envelopes.
