Is it just me, or would you have to be super retarded as a 15 yo to turn in a hot teacher who wanted to keep you sexually satisfied?

They refereed to the 15yr. old as a "victim". I was having sex at 15 and I sure as hell didn't feel like a victim. It was more along the lines of "Hell yea, I just scored!!!!"

Seriously, both those teachers are hot compared to what I had when I was going to school....

I don't think its a matter of them turning her in, as it is a matter of they cant keep their damn mouths shut and keep from bragging about what they are getting.

And yes there is a double standard, she is all smiles like the world is good, we have had some male teachers get caught around here doing the same thing, and trust me, with the years they are facing in jail, none of them are smiling for the camera. Female students are the same age or a little older.

I think the court system believes that males are consenting adults at 16 and females at 18....

I'm sorry, but there is something seriously wrong with that woman if she's going after 14 year olds when she's 27. She wouldn't be so 'hot' if I found out she went after my 14 year old son. Having sex with someone your own age when you're 14 is one thing. Being molested by a teacher is something else all together. Teachers are in a position to protect their students, not satisfy themselves sexually with them. It may be different if you're talking about a 17-18 year old. But come on guys. 14???? Guess you guys don't have kids that age. Would you want your son or daughter having sex with a teacher if you did? For real?

The teacher Juggs posted is 100 times better looking than the one in the OP. That being said, she's still better looking than most of the teachers I had. Except this one "student teacher" back in highschool, that was like 23 .

To respond to Racegals question: I don't have kids yet, so I can't say. But as far as the boy being molested, I'm sure he was up for what was going down. I mean, is it really molestation if the boy, regardless of his young age, is all for it?

Now on the other hand, if it were switched, and it was a 14 yr old girl, and a 27 yr old guy; that's just wrong . Double standard, yes. But that's how I look at it.

I wouldn't want my son to do that when he gets older, but it's a fact of life that most of us guys when we were 14 - 18 years old would have loved to have our fantasies about a teacher or two come true. It's not morally right. It's not legal, but we wouldn't have looked at it as abuse, only opportunity! On the other hand it's the job of the teachers to avoid compromising situations w/ teenagers who have the desire and the equipment, but don't have the judgement.

I'm sorry but Molestation is defined as "To assault Sexually".... assault is unwanted touching.... nothing she did would have been defined as "Unwanted touching" to me when I was 14/15. Now had she been some fugly lady that forced/blackmailed the guy into doing that, then I'd agree that it's wrong (even in my 15yo state of mind)

Would I want my child to be "molested" by a teacher? No. Would I want to be "molested" by a hot teacher when I was 15? HELL YES. And I'm sure my son would enjoy it too, but as a parent I'd be against it...

BUT you hear all the time about some 16yo guy being brought up on charges of statutory rape of his 15yo girlfriend. Or of a couple who'd been dating for years and having sex throughout but if the guy turns 18 3 months before the girl, all of a sudden he's raping her...

You never hear the reverse.... why? To sum it up:

You can't rape the willing.

It's molestation by definition since a 15 yo is incapable of giving consent. *ANY* sexual touching is going to be illegal.

When I was 15, I was capable of giving consent... Maybe not by the LAW but I knew wth sex was etc. etc.

PLUS i could have consented more often than I would be capable of these days

This thread was supposed to be Light-hearted, glad some people concur.

Wasn't trying to make the thread 'heavy'. I just think there is some real mental issues with this woman if she's having sex witha 14 year old instead of men closer to her own age or at least the age of consent. I'm sure most of you guys had fantasies about a teacher when you were in school. How many of those said teachers crossed the line and obliged you? I dare say none because any sane woman would know how wrong it was. Wrong on so many levels I can't begin to count. It is the teachers responsibility to take care of our kids while they are in school. Not have their way with them. I understand how guys at that age feel but that doesn't make what she did right. I hope she goes to jail and I hope she labeled a child molester and not allowed around young children again.
I would also like to know how many of you guys understood the ramifications of having sex at that age. Like pregnancy. Or nowdays, sex, one time, can be a death sentence. Did you guys understand or even think about that?

I'll tell you what bothers me about these situations, if a man does a 15 yr old female student, he is going to get spanked hard. If a female does a 15 yr old male student, she will most likely get a light sentence, from what I have observed in the media.

Lets face it, few of these teachers are taking advantage of unwilling virgins. These kids have been around.

So why is it that the male teachers always get punished more than the female ones?

That woman, Deborah LaFave, is about as dumb as a box of rocks plus a smoke. She got community control (house arrest), and managed to get her lawyer to get her out of it early. Her statement to the press was something like, "Um, It's really hard to not go anywhere and, um, like, do stuff."

there is no doubt a double standard on theres things and the punishments handed out......it is still wrong either way.....not simply the age thing but the authority figure and student relationship is bad.

now...what really pisses me off is that up in WI and i'm sure in other states, if two 16 year olds have sex, no problem....if two 17 year olds have sex...no problem....2 18 years olds....no problem. but.....an 18 year old and and 16 year old, and the 18 year old is going to jail and is a registered sex offender for life....

we had one of these cases, he was 18, she was 16, she got pregnant, he asked her to marry him and promised to take care of her and the baby, and the state came and arrested him for Stat Rape.....so now he's a registered sex offender for getting his girlfriend pregnant through consentual sex, get to go to jail, and not be able to help raise his kid for whatever time period it was.

and yes, he got out, married her and is raising the kid and supporting the family.....this was no thug or hoodlum.....it was a waste of tax payers money, and government effort. You would think that our officials have more goddamn sense than this, but golly jeez......kids fucking is the top crisis in america today!

That's strange. I thought the age of consent in most states was 16. I'm curious. Did this happen because the parents of the daughter complained? If not, how did they find out the age of the boyfriend? I agree, that's plain wrong. Especially since he was willing to step up and do the right thing. Yeah, our laws are pretty screwed up.
