The auditors just left. I'm now ISO 9001:2000 Certified. Whew!

Those of you that are in manufacturing know how big this is. I wrote every policy, procedure, and process myself. I even conducted all the training of my people personally.

We passed with zero Nonconformities, zero Areas of Concern, and zero Opportunities for Improvement. Slam Dunk!

Congrats Bob, I have a clue about your challenge. I use to run an operation that had to comply with state and fed reg's to get our licenses. When they came in for their inspections they where there for a freaking week!
