Attended the CTI '08 this past weekend at Oxford, NC. A fun and difficult match as usual, with some scheduling chaos this year resulting in shooting delays and a couple of stages being cancelled. I came in second in Open Class and received a new Mossberg .22 Plinkster rifle as a prize (my 13-year old daughter has already claimed it and want me to paint the stock pink rolleyes.gif ). On one stage, I came in 8th overall in 110 total competitors due to the stage design being 15 slugs with a limit of nine rounds in the shotgun to start. One mag change alone allowed me to jump over the majority of the tube-fed shotguns in that particular stage. I can't wait for the Carolina Recon 3-gun and the Ft. Benning 3-gun.

Congratulations! It sounds like a good time. We should get the girls together to go shooting.
