Curious as to what states the Saiga-12 is illegal in?

Folding stock, Pistol grip, 10rd+

Anyone know? List em here. thanks!

Well, as far as I know, both the 10+ round magazine, and the folding stock on it would automatically screw you in the state of NJ. No bayonet attachment point either (because NJ seems to have a great problem with drive-by bayonettings). rolleyes.gif

Detachable magazine likewise (I believe?) in Cali.

A stock S-12 is completely legal in NY. A converted S-12.........not so much. Some grey area, but most will say it's not legal.

What about in Maryland? Anyone know what config I'd need to be in for Maryland Legal?

GOB or Headshot will call me on this one if I'm wrong..

I think they have a 20 round cap, and its extra paperwork for "evil guns" (pgs, flash suppressors, etc)
