No, those guys have to use things alot more powerful than this. As far as covering up crimes this is the least of your problems

To get everyone on the same sheet of music, Microsoft is catching up to the rest of the browser world with this "feature".
Safari ( OS X ) and Firefox have had it for some time.
It allows a user to clear their web browsing history, personal info ( such as passwords entered into a bank website ), etc, on a computer that is not under their control.
It won't affect cybercrime investigations, because a trail is left all over the internet that can identify a criminals computer.

Microsoft has been
spying on it's customers for decades. This is documented.

I bet some of the Comcast techs stroke off to some of the good stuff I find.

Maybe that's why Tech support is so "iffy."

I use Firefox, and in the options you can set it up to where the browser deletes: browsing history, download history, saved form and search history, cache, cookies, offline website data, saved passwords and authenticated sessions, when you close Firefox.
Sounds like the same thing in the OP.

I read yesterday on CNet that Comcast has now put a limit on their "unlimited" data download usage per month. I think is was 250 gigs per month. If you go over the first month, they send you a friendly letter. If it happens again, they terminate your service permanently. Stinks huh?
so much for streaming video...... and too many torrent downloads.

I wish I could switch. Unfortunately, where I live it's comcast or dial up.
