I'm pretty into balisongs (butterfly knives) and I joined bladeforums.com a few years back, and was immediately scared off by fudds in the butterfly section. The guys there are willing to bend over backwards and take it in the ass over anything at all. Having any opinion at all there makes you the bad guy. I mean, it's about knives, but everybody there is as anti-knife as a fudd is anti-gun, even in the section about butterfly knives which would be like a fudd on a saiga forum.

A Fudd, as in Elmer Fudd. Generally people who only care about preserving the right to hunt and own hunting guns. They typically look down at anything "tactical" or black or "evil looking". They wouldn't give two shits about an AWB or concealed carry. They are like Obama, they believe that the 2A is only about hunting. In the case of knives, I imagine they would mainly like Case knives and the like. They are the BIGGEST threat to the 2A, above antis and I hate them with passion.
