I'm glad Surefire is here breaking new ground with their Saiga high cap mags, but dang, they sure ain't pretty. With those unevenly spaced ribs, the fatty base plates, the large printing on the side? I know the adjustability is part of the design, I just wish they were better looking. Unfortunately, many of us are stuck putting ugly mags on our nice looking guns. That's my soapbox.

their metal mags are nice, after using their fat clear mags i got a couple of metal ones and they are great!

+1 on the metal Surefire magazines! If you don't need U.S. mag parts for compliance, they are great. The last time I checked, andean-inc.com had a bunch of them, and MAA had some too. As far as I know, they are not making any more now that the polymer mags are in production.

I've got several different capacity Surefires for my .308.
It looks to me like they have one mould and just chop off the bottom of the mag to fit whatever capacity they are making.
