I found a Krebs converted VEPR 7.62 on GunsAmerica last weekend. I thought is was a heck of a deal, so I had to buy it. I picked it up yesterday and it is as nice as it was represented to be. However, I already have more than enough rifles (if you can ever really reach that point).

Give me your opinion on what I should do.

Donate it to the first person who replies to your question?

Oh shit, that's me!!!!!!!! I won!!!!!!!!! PM sent with my info, so you can send the donation.

Wow, I've never won anything before, like this. I want to thank everyone for making this happen, and a big thanks to you WJ!

I can't wait to shoot this thing! 027.gif 027.gif

(I seem to type random stuff when I'm tired. So I guess I'm tired.)

ETA: I voted "Trade it for something else of value".

Might as well get something you could actually use out of the deal.

Sell it, make your profit and get something else.

See....thats what I did.

I'm going to try to sell it and see if I can turn a buck on it. If it does not sell for what I want out of it, well, I won't be too heartbroken. Then, I'd just have to tell my beloved that "darn, it just didn't sell, I guess we are stuck with it." lol

Ya know... I SWEAR TO GOD that *THAT* mindset is the EXACT SAME mindset that 90% of the price gouging bastards that set up tables at the gun shows THINK....

When someone has 5 shotguns on their table, and nothing else... unsure.gif

The LOWEST PRICED one starts at $11,000.00 and they go UP to almost $30,000.00 015.gif You CANT TELL ME they *ACTUALLY EXPECT* to SELL ONE?!?!?!?? laugh.gif

but they bother to set up a table and sit there for two days ANYWAYS... I just dont understand, I guess... WHY BOTHER?!?!?!? 010.gif

WJ... I am not trying to imply you are doing anything wrong, or gouging... I am just bitching about the fucktards I see at the gun shows lately... and more and more the gun show is turning into YARD SALE over run warehouse... and what do JEWELRY TABLES need to be doing at a GUN SHOW?!?!?!?

002.gif mad.gif sad.gif My idea of "over-pricing" the rifle is to ask about 10% over the excellent price I got it for. It is still priced very competitively. I don't think I have ever sold anything on this board, or elsewhere, at a price which could be characterized as a "gouging" price. I typically pass along good deals, and I may make a modest profit on the item, or I may move it at cost.

With that being said, I, too, and no fan of excessive price inflation. (I still remember the "WIN" campaign - for the younger member of the board that stands for Whip Inflation Now". I think it was Gerald Ford's policy, but I am not certain.)

Where's it listed? I have a friend who might want it

What's the price on it? That would be an insanely cool AK to have.
