I'm in many cities nationwide. Seen a lot of leftist protests/rallies. Such hatred in so many of these groups. Their leaders are now in Congress and will have other power positions if Obama is elected. Ex: No ALF or ELF terrorist prosecuted while Clinton in office. ACLU doesn't list LA RAZA or Black Panthers as hate groups, yet some 90's pro gun/freedom goups are. Even if they were/are multi race. IRS investigates conservative churches, yet leftist have gone unchecked for years. Seen this same kind of hate while serving in USMC in Africa and South/Central America in the 80's. Zell Miller type democats are now longer in congress. Lieberman is considered a right winger by these people. So called Blue Dog dems. are controled or intemidated by groups like Move On. Many state Dem. officiials are allowing or protecting voter fraud or threatening to prosecute free/political speech that they find not to their liking. An average guy is put through leftist hell for just asking a question that embarrased their leader. Can't count the times a conservative polititian has gone out of their way to let civalized question to be asked, no matter how embarrasing. Will Obama's fallowers become the next brownshirts. Crimes against soldiers or non leftist believers go unpunished already in liberal cities. Ex: San Fransico or Seattle. When rule of law is ignored for an agenda to be forwarded, and lawlessness is excused or defended by a groups leadership, and any questioning is punished, a citizen will have two choices: Submit or fight.

There is too much hate in both parties, if not more in the republican party. I agree though, if things keep progressing as they are, the shit will fit the fan.

Remember the eighth graders dressed in fatigues saying "yes we can" aren't they considered brown shirts. Under Obama the BATFE will be the black shirts even more than they already are. Getting back on topic, I think the only hope this Union has in staying together is to give the States back their power from the federal government. See In our current form, the beliefs of some are forced upon many. For instance, Global Warming as mentioned, must be paid for in tax subsides because some asshole in Cali, or the NE believes our cars cause it. When in fact there is no solid proof this is the case. And of course the majority of the states are forced to abide by these federal green laws they don't believe in. So I think this is the only solution. The alternative is states/people endlessly fighting to the political death over issues like Abortion, global warming, guns rights, mexican invasin, etc. At some point (and we are close) people are going to come to the dangerous type of thinking that "Those people over there are going to let our country destroy the planet, for the sake of man kind we must kill our countrymen" I believe on these critical issues each state should make their own minds up.

Just, that even supporters of McCain in certain parts of the US are fearful to put out yard signs, or put a bumper sticker on their vehicle. An Obama sticker in my area is respected. I just shake head, knowing a kool-aid drinker or slacker. We kid our sheriff, he's a democrat. Just that 20yrs ago, the incumbent was a republican, and it was to hard to run as an independent. It's just that the main backers don't tolerate any dissent. My granddad, A Truman democrat, would have rolled over in his grave. He never supported a dem. after what Carter did. It's just that the conservative dems. are no more allowed a voice, without fear of retribution.
