I was wondering if anyone knows a website that would transfer to a dealer a Romak without the Eastbloc scope. I want the weapon, but would prefer to put my own scope setup (still of the Eastbloc rail though) on the rifle.

Are you asking WHERE you can BUY a rifle, without the scope and have it shipped to YOUR FFL?

In the past, Southern Ohio Guns had the rifles offered without scopes, but I don't know if they will drop ship.

CDNN in Texas, WILL drop ship to a dealer, if the customer orders the item, however, they don't get any dealer discount.
