i have been asked once if i had paper work for a gun on a traffic stop by state trooper , i told him yes , would he like to see paper work and he said no but he wanted to shoot the gun . i gave him my card and told him to come by my shop and he could play with it .

i have a m4 for every member of my house hold , and 7 mags for each m4 loaded with the same ammo . every gun has been tested and every member of house hold fires thier m4 atleast once a month .

i live out in the country , we often lose electricity after storms for days , i believe the longest has been 4 days . i realy dont see that big of a change in a shtf senerio . ok i might have to walk down to pond for water and boil it but big deal . i keep atleast a 1000 rd per gun but i think 22lr would be the best in a shtf , its quiet and best for small game like rabbit and tree rats , it can take down deer ( but is illegal to hunt deer with a 22 here ). i have a old 1967 fj40 that can run on drip gas from my gas wells so im good thier . i just dont see that big of change for country boys

They are about 12 votes shy in the house from any sort of AWB. People that think their 2nd amendment rights are under attack are dullards who can't count. Those people are no more incapable of taking care of themselves than about 20 percent of the population of the United States. I don't get it. They don't need a guardian. At most they need someone to stop by and check on them once in a while. I'm sure their neighbors would be glad to do it. This is rediculous.
Judge Weldon Copeland ruled against the state. He said he would welcome a neighbor or family member to serve as a guardian but no one has come forward. The state is the last resort.

sorry but i dont agree with you on this , dr and nurses recorded abuse , my wife is a nurse they dont lie for the fun off it . thier house was left unlocked because they did not lock it , or because who ever went and got thier tv did not lock it , not the state . yard unkeep oh yea thats the states job to keep thier yard . husband could not take care of himself much less wife after he was in hospital what did you want to happen ?

If they had been at home and not imprisoned by the state they could have mowed the lawn them selves.

he was recovering from a broke hip , he could not mow any thing , his wife had dementia and could not take care of him or lift him . his wife forgot to eat for three days and here best friend said she needed help . aps has review board for every case and every nursing facility has a social worker and as soon as they are able to take care of themselfs they can leave the nursing home .
