  1. Any word from the B.O.D.?

We would like to thank everyone for their entry in the contest. We had hoped to narrow it down before we went to the Shot Show, but there were over 500 entries and we want to give consideration to each entry. We should have the existing entries narrowed down to 10 by this weekend and will meet with the Board of Directors for the building to get approval on the sign before we announce the winner. We hope to have announced by February 1.

    who won???

  2. So i have a double hard case for my s12 and 7.62x39. its a tad to big for my trunk and have to put it in back seat of car.

was going to buy 2 soft cases, but am tight on money. then i grabbed my old backpack. folder both stocks, can fit them both in pretty well.

but they rub together. i could wrap one in a towel.

Just curious what you guys would do.

seems like a pretty good start.

was looking around for mods for backpacks, but couldn't find any thing, that's why i am posting here..

  3. Hey Jugg's

I had bone marrow cancer when i was seven years old.

My dad was an enlisted guy, not much money.

Shriner offered help, but his Baptist back ground kinda forbade it...

    any how.

one leg was 7" shorter then the other.

i spent a good 6 months in the hospital with pins and such in my legs and hip.

they took bone marrow from my hip (or at leaste what the told me.)

cut out a 3" section of bone, injected marrow around a pin, and my body compensated...

2 months out of the hosptital with a body caste from the waiste down i was able to climb 30' in a tree.

got stuck. fire dept came and got me and informed my mom i escaped the house..

i am now 6'2" a bit over weight due to wife being prego, and me liking the beer...

    the BIG c word sucks..

but there are great doctors out there.

prayer does help. so do drugs.

i had to go to intense doctor visits every few months (6+ hour drive each way, persidio in SF) from 7 to when i was 13. At 13 my folks said it was up to me, if i wanted to keep checking.. i was done.

    i never went back...

    37 now..
