    i mean caliber...

     

    ok guys i want a 7.62 X 39 just because a buddy has one and likes it..

    but i have to wait till shop gets one..

     

    right now they have a 223 and a 308

     

    but i honestly don't know what any of it means.. have a s12 and a xd9

     

    whats a better short range shot?

    whats more tactical..

    what is better for long range. et....

     

    what ammo is going to be available and why..

    what ammo is expensive or cheap

     

    help inform me..

    or just say fnckin google it..

    So my LOCAL gun shop just called me.

    i put in a order for a skeleton stock 7.62 a month ago

    they priced it for me at $299.00

     

    they just called to tell me thay cant do that price now and no ETA when they will get one in for me..

    i put money down on this.

     

    so where is they next best place to shop?

    just shot my s12 for first time today and Love it!

  9. Gas Cylindar Quick Question

    I am going to the range today to try out my s12 for the first time.

    if i tightened up the gas tube all the way & back it off, the first position it locks into is 2.

     

    i read i should start of with 1

    so to the left i screw to 1. now if it dosnt cycle, do i screw right back to 2 almost tight.

    or looser to the left to 2?

     

    i read the Tromix info, but it didn't say what first lock number was.

    also searched here.

     

    going to cycle 80 rounds of 12g, 2 3/4", 9 shot, Winchester Light target load..

    such a newb...

    Hey guys. I would like a better stock for my s12.

    was looking at the Tapco T6, but am now thinking of a side folder.

    I saw some Russian imports for $130 or so, but none in stock..

     

    what would you guys get, why & where....

    i am a little interested in 922

    have 2 US mags that will get here some time.

    would i have to modify gun? could it be fired collapsed? looks like it folds to right?

    no i dont have a ton of other fire arm exp, other then getting my ccw 2 weeks ago.

    hey guys... just bought a s12 [yesterday]

    have not fired it since its 11 degrees here right now.

     

    ok. time for some newb questions.

     

    my 5 round factory clip holds 2 3/4" fine, can it use 3" ?

    can i manualy feed rifle with out mag?

    that would be a cool trick..

     

    bought some 4.99 - 9 shot something, but no idea what i need...

     

    what is the threaded nut on barel for?

    the manual sucks..

    oh...

    the 2/1 thing on the thing above the barel? wth is that i read the instructions but they suck and i didnt understand them....

    if you use this use 2 ant thing else use 1.. wth is that?

     

    should i clean it before i fire it for first time, if so, any recommendations/advice on how to..
