[Can someone please explain the difference between these two items]

I've been looking into buying all of my conversion parts recently and I've been kinda stumped by the pistol grip/collapsible stock options. I've pretty much decided on a TAPCO stock, but on the MS Auto site, I found these two options:

I've poured over the descriptions and tried to figure out what the difference is, but I just can't find it. Can someone enlighten me please?

 

One is made by tapco and one isnt...notice one says M4 style (non tapco)

There is a gun store on 59 (?) heading away from Houston towards El Campo that had a bunch of Saigas when I was there on vacation a few weeks ago. Prices seemed normal (Saiga 12 for $599, etc)...

I wish you were making those when I bought my Tromix. That rail is way slicker than the side mount one I had to cut down to get to work with my HK rear sight.

[WTS/WTT: Bersa thunder 380 Duotone with extras!!!!]

I am looking to sell or trade my Bersa 380. I have had it since 07/08 and only fired around 350 rounds through it. It will come with the original box, paperwork, key for integral locking system, 3 factory mags, black plastic hard case, and a Promag 22 round drum magazine. I did a custom paint job on the lettering on the slide and it came out fantastic. Will not rub off. I am mainly looking for a glock(prefer subcompact 9mm) but will consider other trades for handguns or make an offer for the whole package.
