  1. I was very skeptical of kel-tecs initially, why I have no idea probably listening to people I should not have. Now my close friend owns and carries a .380 and a 9mm pocket pistol by kel-tec. They are more accurate than you would expect and has withstood many range abuses, so if this rifle is built like their pistols, it must be at least decent.

  2. A very important issue here would be what species of bear are you talking about? Black, Brown, Grizzly???

If you are talking black then yes, I know a few people in my area that hunt balck bear with 12 gauges and .30-.45 non-magnum rifles and have not had problems with stopping power. Yet other species of bear are much heavier, stonger, denser, and all around more deadly.

  3. That looks really sweet, I may attempt your camo paint technique on some paper, than on some old worn shotguns I have instead of reblueing them, thanks for sharing the technique

  4. You could go with a used stock from a ban style SAR - they are for sale on different boards and probably gunbroker - this is the laminated wood thumbhole type stock with molded cheek rest. Would compliment a wood forend nicely.

Will these stocks fit without moving the trigger group? And should they fit the 410s?, Cheaperthandirt has these extremely cheap right now.

  5. sorry to post so many but i didnt know which model you had, hope this helps, i love my 6 shot rossi 357
