It says in the manual that you can use slugs with the 0.0mm choke that it comes with from the factory.

I took it to the indoor range last week to try'er out. I imagine that it wasn't the best idea for my first magazine but I loaded Remington Slugs in it
. After putting some ice on my shoulder I switched to Remington 00 buck shot. Very nice! 
This is my first shotgun so I don't know too much about the 12ga ammo. I'm learning though.... -
