That link is for a rifle top cover.    

 

SaigaStock has the 20 gauge top cover.  I don't know if that will work but maybe some 20 gauge owners can chime in.

It would probably be easier to modify the 20 gauge cover vs. the rifle cover but I'm just speculating.  If you can get your hands on a 12 gauge cover to use as a template, that would probably be helpful if modification is required.
