Hope that photo works. I'm on a mobile.

I bought an internal stock adapter from dph, and grinding off the tang is simple enough, but directly above my pistol grip there are two pins riveted in. They are in the spot where I'm supposed to screw the adapter into the reciever.
I can't take the pins out because one of them is holding a small skinny spring that travels the
length of the reciever on the left hand side.
What am I supposed to do? All the instruction videos just say cut off the tang, but don't mention these pins.

Anyone know the overall length of that Tromix Skeleton stock with Limbsaver pad?

Kvar stocks are very nice. I personally have a DPH stock and am not huge about it. My vote goes for a Magpul stock even though it's not an option.
Which magpul stock?

So what is the adapter I have to buy to fit the tromix stock to my s12? Do forum members get a discount anywhere?

The tromix with the limb saver seems nice because it Would be easier on my shoulder, and I could lean it without it kicking out. The Warsaw and NATO stocks just look so beautifully simple, and sturdy. Not to mention inexpensive.

I have the Tapco folding stock and I don't care for it.
Here are the thee I'm lookin at to replace it.
Anyone have experience with them?

I still would like to find a fixed (stationary stock) instead of a folding one. It seems like that would be more rugged.
@evlblkwpnz
Just on Carolina shooter supply they have four different quad rails and two different side rails. Isn't one more ideal than the others for mounting a green dot?

I would really appreciate some advice.
I have a converted Saiga-12 I use mainly for target shooting, but I also run some slugs for home defense. My weapon always performs flawlessly, and cycles even the cheap walmart universal shells all day. I like the price of shooting the lighter loads but I hate messing with the pin on the plug when I switch to slugs. Anyway, I have three questions:
First question: I want to change the gas plug. Since I can cycle light loads, would the Tac47 aka auto plug work for me?
Second question: I've been using a Tapco folding stock which I don't care for. Could I get a recommendation on a stock that feels completely solid, and doesn't rock or wiggle? It can be fixed or a collapsible tube, but I would like something under $150.
Third question: I would like to put a red/green dot optic on it for shotgun courses etc, but I'm not sure if I need a quad rail or a side mount. What do you think? Also, what would you recommend under $100?
I appreciate your time, and any guidance you can give me!

You need a retaining plate or shephard's crook too. Also you will be dissapointed with that stock.
Never heard of the sandstone trigger so I can't comment. I would say RSA Adjustable> Modified G2 double hook for overtravel> G2 single hook> arsenal.
Any recommendations on stocks?
instead of buying everything separate you know they got kits right? might be a little easier for first conversion, or you can just look to get an idea what you need.
Well, the local gun shop sells kits, but they kind of limit my options...
They will also convert it for me, for $400.00
I'm hoping by buying parts and doing this my self I can self some money, and not ruin the shotgun...

First question is if anyone has a preference between the:
Tapco -
Single Hook G2 Trigger Group and the Sandstone - Saiga Fire Control Group
The other parts Im planning on using are the:
Tromix DIY Trigger guard
Tapco Saw Pistol Grip
Tapco ak t6 collapsible stock
That should be everything I need, right?

Looking to purchase a Saiga 12 here in Idaho! Would rather buy from a private party but would also purchase from a gun dealer.
Problem installing internal stock adapter

Is there a place I can reuse that spring, even temporarily until I can get a different retainer ordered?
