  1. shes a libtard... she will never go for it.

    Tell her you want to destroy them, or disable them and glue them to a board in the shape of a peace sign.

    No wait, she's your sister so she knows how you roll....nevermind.

    This is interesting, not sure what to make of it;

    I saw a thread somewhere in which a LEO made a pretty good point. Bottom line was that he was only able to use his duty weapon while on duty. He had to use his own weapon for personal defense off duty. When faced with bad guys looking to get even with them "after hours" he questioned his right not to own the same things we do. I agree with this. Taking these tools away from LEO's (especially off duty) will not further our cause IMO. They are people with families that need to be armed more than the average person. Just my $.02

    Why would an off duty LEO that is targeted be any more valuable than my family if it were targeted? Let him/her in their off duty capacity be what they are - a citizen who is not at work and off the clock.

  2. Not only is .22LR high priced, it is scarce. I have a plinker stuck in limbo because I returned it for manufacturer warranty work and they are waiting on ammo so they can test fire it to verify all is good before returning it to me. Even they are not getting supplies in bulk or a timely manner. Who woulda thunk that this ammo would ever be scarce. Manufacturers are not very forthcoming with their production plans either. Are they producing full tilt or depleting inventory so as not to have stock if a ban/limitation passes?

  3. Thanks for that info. Yes, I can see that the trigger is moved forward on one (the converted) but I have seen pistol grips on both styles. That generates another question from a new to the Saiga line interested individual. Converted from what to what and for what purpose (what is the benefit of the conversion)? Sorry if this is old news to most. Is this in reference to 922( r ) compliance (conversion to ATF compliant)?
