  1. Elvis, it sounds like either your chamber wasn't cut right or your extractor was screwed up. If you still have the rifle contact Kel-Tec. They are very good with their customer service.

808, I would say that $700 is too much to pay for one.. But then again, prices in Hawaii might not be in line with what I am normally accustomed too.

The choice between the C and the CA is really a personal matter. Both rifles are exactly the same except for the stock. Both have the heavier barrel and improved sights. Personally I have a CA model. The only problems I've had with it were related to some junk mags I tried in it then promptly thew away.

There is one draw back though. The SU-16 is not by any means a precise firearm. It's about on par with your average AK. About 3" at 100 yards. Maybe not the best choice for a hunting rifle.

May I suggest, as much as I like my SU-16CA, that there is an easier and cheaper way to pack carry a rifle for hunting: Clicky on the Linky

  2. After being spoken to rudely outright, I think Ill leave it to you fine fellows to find out how they fucked me over. I already know, and Im not going through thousands of pages of laws to recover proof for someone on the internet.
Oh give it up. You're a daytime soap opera. You made a claim. You made no effort to back it up... and now you're talking about rude behavior? Get a grip. Rude is making a claim and not attempting to back it up at all then telling people to go find it themselves.

I just realized you're the same guy that started the "Minutemen are under attack" thread and pulled the same BS there. It's a recurring disfunction.

Honestly, answer me this question. Why should anyone pay attention to anything you have to say?

I will also tell you all what I learned. Dont EVER call the police for help. Handle the situation yourself, and let them come if they have a problem with it. NEVER allow entry into your home by ANY member of the court, including the PD. Dont even let them on your property, and dont believe their bullshit reasons for it, either. You can hear the nice officers quite fine while they stand on the TOWN's road, and YOU stand INSIDE the variance (normally 8-10 feet) on your property.
Seriously, stop listening to Art Bell.

Oh, and IMMEDIATELY press criminal charges on whoever you can, and SEE WHAT STICKS.
Hard to do if we wre to follow your previous advice of never calling the police.
  3. Go open the gigantic federal law book that I was handed and that I read it in, and find it yourself, or you can PAY ME for my time and effort.

Wait... you want me to find a law that I'm telling you doesn't exist? I hope you see the logic flaw there.

You're just being an ass now. Cut the garbage about "time and money". You've clearly demonstrated that you have plenty of time to spend posting here. Cut the crap. Either pony up something to support your claim or admit that you tossed out something that wasn't true.

  4. like i said though, the DA said that I would win a lawsuit against the town, and recover my guns, but they would make it cost me dearly. I was already being harrassed by the local PD, and really did not want to escallate it into a personal war with the town at that point, although I could (and should) have.

So, what you are saying is that no, it's not a provision of the Patriot Act, no, it's not even legal at all... In fact, it's the actions of a corrupt DA and PD... but you are still going to blame it on the Patriot Act?

Honestly, you should have sued the town. You could have found a lawyer to take the case pro bono. It's pretty open and shut. They must return your property. Tack on compensatory damages, and add your legal fees to the demanded injuries. If the PD did actually refuse to return your property to you, you could have made yourself and a smart lawyer quite a tiddy fee.

Oh, also. Unless you want to look just as much like a lieing schmuk as the DA and PD who stole your property, stop claiming the Patriot Act gives them the authority to do so. You don't have to put on the act about "digging up" anything. It's not in there.

  5. And the worst part, that was done because of a firearms company.

If you don't hate H&K enough for being douchebags in dealing with citiznes instead of military, that destruction of firearms was done at the request of H&K so that they would contract sell weapons to the Estonian military.

Yay H&K, because we suck and they hate us!

OH... yeah... and there were several crates of vinatage Colt 1911s too...

  6. Hello SAIGAites-

I was on another board earlier, and was told to stay away from Saigas as a SERIOUS rifle. Basically, the other member was referring to the Saiga as a target only/'toy' gun. I would like some testimonial evidence to the contrary from you here!

    Thanks-

My first, last and best advice for you: Just quit Barf.com. Bunch of know nothing Krad1337 urban kiddy Kommandos.

  7. The judge was surprised that the officer had a BUG? Really? Seriously?

Might have been an older Jetfire instead of a Bobcat. They could be carried condition one and had dubious safeties. Bump one around good enough and you just might disengage the safety and fire the weapon... especially smacking it around in an ankle holster.

Carried on for years as a BUG... hammer down.
