expeditionx 1
Looking for the pros and cons of either the choate drag stock or the new saiga drag stock for a Saiga 12 conversion. Right now I am leaning toward the choate as long as it installs easy.
expeditionx 1
Ok, I guess I will just try the choate version. I could have swore I saw it used on topmaul's Saiga12.
G-Rem 0
Don't know about either of those two but I put a Romanian Drag style on mine and I frikkin' love it. Laminated wood w/ springy recoil plate. Bottom pic in this thread http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=11423 I find it is very comfortable- grip is wide so it fits my paws better than the skinny p-grips, I get good cheek weld and spring plate absorbs a bit of recoil. AND it gets even more WTF looks than it did before at the range.
topmaul 42
I used to have that stock on my gun, for a long time it worked fine, you'll need a pistol grip nut, and stock wise you can use the same screws or put new ones in there it's up to you. As for me I prefer the NATO legnth AK stock with a SAW pistol grip. But if you get the ATI Drag style your fine. They work and are easy install. Hope this helps.
