Patriot12 11 Posted February 23, 2009 Report Share Posted February 23, 2009 I noticed that my bolt pin loosens everytime I shoot my saiga. This is the pin that you would remove to remove the firing pin. I drove it back in with a punch, but after I shoot, it gets loose again. I also notice rub marks on the bolt carrier from this pin. I know that the pin cannot come out during firing because the bolt carrier is in the way, but I am a little concerned that the pin is loose. Is this normal? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
kresk 10,063 Posted February 23, 2009 Report Share Posted February 23, 2009 Not the norm. You may need to have a slightly larger hole drilled and insert an oversize pin. I don't think Loctite would be the best solution for this problem. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
