gitsen 0 Posted March 13, 2009 Report Share Posted March 13, 2009 I'm in the process of gathering all the necessary parts for my conversion of my s12 I have just recevied the tromix modified fcg. What i just found out after receiving it is that it is modified to fit for the bho. My s12 is from 2001 and does not have the bho. My question is will this fcg work with my gun or will i have to source other unmodified parts. Thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites
ernestmayhand 10 Posted March 13, 2009 Report Share Posted March 13, 2009 I believe you can just use a thin washer on the right side of the hammer where the pin goes through. That's the part that's grinded down to allow clearance for the BHO pivot point. Can't remember the exact amount that's removed from the hammer width but it's something like .05" maybe?
