Wotan1105 7
I'm just another DIY'er about an hour north of you. I have not done a 223 but I think it's the same as the 7.62. The hardest part of the conversion is getting the stupid pins drilled out and the plate off the bottom. Once that's done the internals are pretty easy, just takes a bit of fidgeting. I have a new 7.62 I picked up on Friday I'm getting ready to take the drill dremel and sander to. If you want some professional help, looks like one of the business members is not too far off... http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=27174 Firearms Sales Co. in Ivor, VA does conversions, etc..
