Replacing SLR 105 FSB

I picked up an Arsenal SLR 105 recently in the ban format. It has what appears to be a large nut on the end of the front sight block but it is actually just part of it. I looked at the Bulgarian FSB that k-var sells and it looks like it would work out. I want to switch out the stock fsb so I can mount the bulgy brake (permanently affixed to comply with CT awb laws). Does anyone have any experience or advice on this particular operation. I would hate to order parts and find out that something odd was done to the neutered 105s to make this operation impossible. Looks like I'm good to go, but I figured I'd throw this out on a few forums since my searches turned up nothing useful. Counting my 922r parts as we speak.
