NM0 586
After doing many searches in here and looking at the Surefire SGM forearm and my rifle closely, I determined two sources that caused wobble. For others that have the same issue, maybe this will help. At the rear of the forearm I put a washer between the forearm and the receiver that screws together, solving the rear wobble immediately (can't see it on the outside either). The front wobble came from the pin in the gas block being too short (ie too narrow allowing the forearm to have some play). I drove it out and replaced it with a longer (wider) pin that fit the track in the forearm securely. The forearm is now tight with zero movement, like the one on my S12 (which I had to used a rubber mallet to drive on).
