Something Other than Circle 10's

I know there are a lot of posts regarding mags but it's kind of hard to read through everything and decipher who has bullet guides and who doesnt. My Saiga .223 is being fully converted by Rifle Dynamics as we speak. It will have a bullet guide and will of course accept the Circle 10's. I'm looking for an alternative because I live in NJ and I can't have anything higher than 15 but I hate 10 rounders. I like blocking or pinning 20 rounders but I was hoping to find from you guys what metal mags are worth buying. They are hard to find... but will Norinco 84S .223 mags work? If you can find them they actually made a 15 round magazine which would be perfect. Is anyone running these chinese mags in their Arsenal 5.56 or converted 5.56 Saiga? Any other options? Metal 20 rounders are cool because I can block them. Does anyone know of any that work for sure? Thanks fellas
